Critical Path Data Centre purchase of ShoZu

Dear ShoZu Customer,

You are receiving this once off email because your email address has been used to register a ShoZu account.

On January 4, 2010, Critical Path Data Centre, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Critical Path, Inc., closed a transaction by which it purchased the business and assets of ShoZu Limited, including the ShoZu mobile social media service and technology.

The ShoZu engineering team are now employees of Critical Path and are working to ensure a seamless transition. Critical Path intends to continue to provide the same service ShoZu customers are accustomed to.

Critical Path will provide the ShoZu service under the same user license terms (EULA), and will continue to process and use your personal information in accordance with the terms of the ShoZu Privacy Statement and UK and EU Data Protection laws.

Your personal information is now being collected, stored and used by Critical Path in its operation of the ShoZu service.
