Finally
After 8 months of planning, waiting and figuring out where to stay, we're finally here at Kuala Lumpur.
First impressions? Hot, muggy but pretty (especially the twins) A city with lots of lights even at 9:30pm and traffic was still heavy!
The animals are loose!
But well behaved for most parts of the trip (especially Bai).
When flying Jetstar, make sure you bring food with you (which is allowed). Otherwise, 2 meals + 2 sandwiches and 4 cokes will cost you $50.00 AUD
KL International Airport looks like a shopping mall inside.
Football stadium all lit up, not a great pic when your little van is flying down the freeway at 120km/h. Other cars were still flying past us.
First Malaysian dinner was $38AUD (Fried rice, vegies, honey chicken and steamed King prawns)
Time for bed

Hi Jeff (& family) - pleased to hear that you're off to a good start with Times Square - don't forget Mid Valley and the model car shop on the top floor (opposite end to the cinemas)
Pat - having brekkie on a cold & wet Friday morning in Campsie
