Once you walk around though, you realise that each section is like a mini store being taken care off by a little group of people.
There were a few things that were cheap like Disney bags from $8 and women's shoes from $10. Others were close to or dearer than Aussie prices.
Then went across the road to look at some shoes (genuine Converse) and picked up one for myself for a measly 590Baht ($20). How much do we Aussies get hammered with shoe prices!!
Not only shoes though, 1.5ltr Coke for $0.77, Chocolate bun from a cake shop for $0.48, half hour in a taxi for $13.00, Dinner for 4 (fried rice, prawns, yellow curry chicken, fresh fish and chips, spaghetti with 3 soft drinks) for only $24.00
2 Bedroom House and land here cost 1.2mil Baht ($413,000). Car hire for 24hrs is 1200Baht ($41). Laundry costs 50Baht per kilo ($1.70)
